We have studios in every size including small units specifically designed for emerging artists, as well as large suite’s for those that are more established! You're going to love it here! LOCATION

Mutiny Artwrx is the centerpiece and anchor of the new $100,000,000 renovation of The Metropolitan Art and Business District, now known as The MET. Built in 1914 by Asa Candler, co-founder of the Coca-Cola Company, it is truly a jewel of Atlanta’s agricultural and industrial history. At the time, it was the largest single structure under one roof in the United States. Utilized by the military in WWI and WWII, it was then turned into distribution warehousing in the mid-20th century. Now, it’s an amazingly dynamic public space that fosters community, entrepreneurs, artisans, and real connection. It’s where creator’s thrive! We are conveniently located right next to Marta, The Beltline, and there is plenty of client parking, and reserved member parking. We are honored and excited to be the anchor tenant for the new vision. There will be a marketplace for artisans and retailers, green space, and coffee shops, a brewery, showrooms, and gallery space, new live lofts and so much more! Most importantly, clients and customer foot traffic is growing everyday!

Whether you are an artist, a small business, a start-up, a collaborative group, or you just have too much cool stuff (you hoarder, you), you're in a lot of luck, because we've got a few studio spaces left! Our 75,000 square foot sunlit studio village includes 24 hour private or shared studios, and we offer a range of sizes and even custom studio design...we'll build to your needs or fit you with an existing studio. You can even paint and customize your studio to make it your own!

Many creative events and festivals are hosted at Mutiny Artwrx with thousands of buyers in attendance! This means you can network, collaborate, and sell your work/services right out of your studio, and our communal gallery too!

CREATIVE CLASSES LEARNING AND TEACHING

Mutiny is starting a class series for just about anything you can imagine. Learn to weld, paint, build, sculpt, shoot video’s, photography… and more. Or maybe your business involves teaching a skill or trade? We have the classroom and the talent for all of it. Or if you want to teach classes we have a program for you too.

LEGAL HELP AND BUSINESS STRATEGY

As an artist, sometimes it’s easy to forget about the business stuff. It can be intimidating to say the least. Don’t worry! As a Mutiny Artwrx member, you’ll have access to small business attorneys that can help you set up your business as a legal entity, and accountants that can help you with taxes and financial strategies. Plus, we can help with specific nuanced sales and business advise. Been there, done that, and happy to share!

EVENTS AND MORE

Additionally, we have 2,200/15,000+ square feet of private/communal event and party space. We also have plenty of space for, film, photo or video shoots. Hosting an event at Mutiny Artwrx means your guests have access to an amazing studio village for shopping and options include our clubhouse bar, kitchen, and mezzanine. Our vibe is super creative, our space is spacious and filled with sunlight and we are happy to welcome in the Atlanta community.
